This segment of the workshop teaches everyone how they should conduct themselves in order to conduct others appropriately to accomplish a set goal.
Drumming Up Confidence in Your Team
This segment of the workshop teaches everyone about teamwork, learning about and building up your team members in order to build your own dreams and aspirations along with there's.
Musical Concepts Teaching Leadership & Motivation
Harmony teaches love and respect for others creating balance in relationships. Just one of the many musical concepts we can learn from as we navigate this life. Our musical concepts segment will apply musical concepts to every day life and it's many challenges to help reinforce compassion for our fellow man, creating effective leaders and motivating positive change.

Composing Business Relationships
This segment of the workshop will walk everyone through the process of composing a score as you learn the importance of building lasting relationships with others in order to compose the type of atmosphere everyone would want to live in, whether at work or in every day lives.
Oswaldo Coello (Mr. C)
Mr. C has over 2 decades of experience teaching all ages and abilities in music education combined with employee training for multiple companies. A native of New York, his home is now Atlanta, GA, for almost a decade, where he has worked in public school as a certified music teacher, and teaches privately as the owner of Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy LLC, and author of Fitness for Singers: Learn Singing Basics in 5 Rounds with Mr. C
Shirley Coello (Mrs. C)
Mrs. C has over a decade of experience in business administration, client relations, sales, and customer service combined. With a degree in business administration, and as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Atlanta Chapter, Shirley has graced many a stage, and is currently the director of Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy LLC, and author of Setting the Stage: 7 Customer Retention Tactics for the Restauranteur.
