Addressing the Elephant in the Room

What's in it for me?

As savvy business owners we must all ask the question, what is in it for me? Sounds selfish to the every day 9 to 5er, but for business owners this question is an absolute must. Of course, not the primary question of our business, which should be, "who are we helping?", but as a necessity, it should be one of the top 5 questions asked, or your business will fail.

So, what's in it for me? Let's start with Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy. What do we get out of working with your company. Well, we get to reach an audience that is near and dear to our hearts. Mr. C's extensive background in the special needs, senior care communities, and education was the catalyst to Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy audience. Mr. C understands that music is crucial for all ages and abilities and learning all nuances of music can literally change a world of chaos and depression into a world of calm and peace.

Of course, reaching our audience is not our only objective, or we would not have to charge a fee to do it. Charging communities for our services allows us to keep providing music education for everyone; offering free is not always feesible, and we try to balance our free offerings with reasonable fees, so that we don't have to close down; it is a full day's work to create live videos, teach privately, provide workshops, and create worksheets & checklists for all ages and abilities, exclusive to the academy; in addition to marketing, billing, and client services.

So, what's in it for us? In a nutshell, we get to share music education with underrepresented populations like homeschooling children, special needs and senior communities, and alternative schools, as a full-time job, while making a decent living to take care of our family.

Now, what's in it for you? Why should you join us in our mission to provide music education (of all things) for your members?

Whether you are in the senior care industry, special needs industry, homeschooling, or alternative education, you decided to begin your journey because you wanted to help people. Even if you saw a huge opportunity in the growing market for assisted living facilties, alternative schools, special needs field work, or even the high college entrance approval rates for homeschooled children, the fact is, what you are providing for people is what keeps you going even when times get difficult.

Your reason to join Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy is simple, the people we effect. We are at a time in life when depression, confusion, chaos, and disruption is an every day occurence. If we haven't learned anything in these current years of distress, the one thing that we can all agree on, is that going back to the basics is essential to get through the disorder.

What are the basics? Music of today? Music of yesteryear? What does "basics" mean when it comes to anything in life? Getting back to the basics is when you go back to what came easy, what came naturally, and what puts you at ease. Most of the time, basics is just a natural affinity toward something, and music can be just that; music has been drawing the human race to a sense of tranquility from the beginning, and now is no different.

Music has been shown to lower depression, increase cognitive abilities, decrease social anxiety, increase self esteem, and promote health, wellness, and community; adding a music class platform with teaching videos & checklists, that can be reached 24/7, to your activities list, is really a no-brainer. Adding a music lessons platform that teaches piano, drums, ukulele, voice, and guitar in depth, there is no question, will be an asset to any community. Scheduling monthly music workshops where everyone gets to learn about a specific instrument, learn music composition, and get in some crucial exercises that help mind, body, and soul, while interacting with the music teacher, is seriously not even a question of it's validity in any community. So, then what is in it for you?

How can the music programs that Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy provides help you retain your members, increase profits to ensure longevity, and improve your reputation as the community to join?

Simple, music! Music is the universal language that brings all cultures and abilities together to celebrate living, and that is what we offer, music for living. Your community will be the one that offers this unique offering exclusive to you. Surely, if you haven't heard of anything like this, your current members and potential members haven't either, and yet, who doesn't love music?

Having provided music programs for years now throughout Long Island assisted living communities, we have learned that no matter the community, music truly is universal and residents enjoy participating either quietly while nodding their heads in approval, or singing along with smiles that light up the room, and the day of their own performance has nothing but anticipation and excitement like the day of a school concert.

Because our platforms and workshops are rare for now, your members will not feel comfortable with the decision to leave their favorite music programs, and the friends they have made during their music programs; your profits will increase as more and more people learn about your programs; and your value increases as the community with the exclusive music academy program; because our online music program adheres to all new or up-coming safety guidelines, while still promoting socialization and confidence, your reputation within your industry would be one to follow.

I get it, it's just music, but how often has music changed the world, and right now we need a game changer; Mr. C's Homeschool Music Academy just may be your game changer. So, what is in it for you? The chance to change your member's circumstance, the chance to change your business' circumstance, the chance to change your circumstance by providing music, of all things, just music.
